Hyperion founder Joshua Wigley named in Forbes Australia 30 Under 30: Technology

Hyperion founder and CEO Joshua Wigley has been named in the Forbes Australia 30 Under 30 list for 2025, in the Technology category. The list recognises young founders and leaders across Australian industry, with the Technology category covering those building tech-driven businesses.

Hyperion started from a straightforward argument: Australia can rebuild sovereign manufacturing capability, and it needs to. Three years on, the company is building that capability out of Henderson, using large-format additive manufacturing and robotic production to make components and structures locally that would otherwise be freighted in from elsewhere.

None of that is one person's work. The listing is Josh's, but the technology has been moved forward by the engineers who build it and the partners and early clients who backed it well before there was much to look at.

Congratulations Josh. Well deserved.
