About Hyperion

We build production systems where conventional manufacturing cannot move fast enough, close enough, or flexibly enough.

Why we exist

Traditional manufacturing is centralised, slow, and supply-chain dependent.

For large, specialised, or time-critical parts, conventional production can become too slow, too rigid, or too difficult to access. Hyperion was built to move manufacturing capability closer to where parts and infrastructure are needed.

What we build

Deployable production systems for large-format additive manufacturing.

Hyperion combines advanced polymer materials, robotic systems, process development, and operational support to produce complex parts, tooling, structures, and infrastructure outside conventional factory settings.

Where it is used

Defence

Deployable manufacturing for operational environments and critical defence infrastructure

Marine

Large-format production capability for vessels, maritime infrastructure, and marine applications

Construction & infrastructure

Complex formwork, tooling, and structural components for built environment projects

Critical resources & mining

On-demand production of parts and components in remote operational sites

Education

Advanced manufacturing systems supporting research and training programs
